The Minecraft Social Skill Group uses collaborative Minecraft challenges to support children in developing emotional regulation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Within a structured and supervised environment, children work together to complete missions, build shared worlds, and navigate challenges that naturally arise during gameplay. These moments become powerful therapeutic opportunities to practise managing frustration, adapting to change, communicating clearly, and repairing social misunderstandings.
This program is ideal for children who may struggle with flexible thinking, peer relationships, or coping with setbacks, and who are motivated by technology-based engagement.
Through guided reflection and gentle co-regulation, children learn how to stay regulated, express their ideas confidently, and work collaboratively with others.
