The LEGO Therapeutic Play Group supports children in developing social confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience through structured, collaborative building challenges.
Children practise turn-taking, listening, sharing ideas, negotiating roles, and tolerating frustration when structures don’t go as planned. LEGO provides a safe and engaging medium for learning persistence, flexible thinking, and problem-solving.
This group is particularly supportive for children who may experience rigidity, anxiety in peer settings, or difficulty navigating group dynamics.
Each session includes:
• A regulation warm-up
• Collaborative building mission
• Guided social coaching
• Reflective processing
Our goal is not simply to build structures — but to build confidence, emotional capacity, and meaningful peer connections.
